Common questions

What is considered as a new legal matter?
A new or unique legal matter is a question that has not been answered by the attorney in a previous discussion.
What happens if I can’t ask all of my questions in 30 minutes?
Provided it’s a new legal matter, you can schedule another 30-minute consultation. For more complex matters that require more than 30 minutes, you may retain the firm at a 25% discount to receive further assistance.
What if I’d like to speak to an attorney in my hometown?
We have an established network of licensed attorneys in most states throughout the country. However, if you’d prefer to speak to someone in your local area, your consulting attorney may be able to refer someone to you during a consultation.
If I decide to cancel the plan, will you still assist me with the documents that I purchased?
Should you decide that you no longer have use for the plan and would like to cancel, you may still receive assistance with your purchased documents from our Customer Care Specialists, but they are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.
Will the attorney assist me with filling out forms and filing them with the court?
Your consultations may be used to help you obtain general information regarding court filings. If you want further information or help with the filing, then the plan allows you to retain the consulting firm at a 25% discount.
